Shipping policy 

We ship to destinations within South Africa only. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We also offer Bob Box locker collections and Pargo counter collections for addresses within a 5km radius of an available pickup location.

 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please allow 1–5 business days for delivery once your order has been dispatched from Pretoria.

Domestic Shipping Rates

Free shipping nationwide for all orders of R 1 500 or more. Flat rate of R 100 for orders below R 1500.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@theoutpostsupply.co.za with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Courier Delivery

Deliveries will be performed by a courier company engaged by The Outpost Supply.

The delivery service is available from 8am until till mid-afternoon during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address if you are not at home during the week.  You may be required to sign for delivery and to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.

 

Our delivery times will vary between 3-7 working days - after the order has been dispatched - depending on, among other things, product availability.  While The Outpost Supply is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, particularly in the event that certain products contained in your order are temporarily (or permanently) unavailable.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

 

Leather: Please note, because of the nature of leather, we are unable to process any returns that are due to the natural characteristics of the hide.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. View our Refund Policy for more information.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@theoutpostsupply.co.za with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
